Processing, Shipping and Delivery Policy

THIS Package Protection
We strongly recommend purchasing Package Protection for all your orders. Package Protection offers protection for packages that are lost, damaged or stolen in accordance to the criteria. This insurance is automatically applied to every order and can only be removed by the customer before checkout. Baddieville is not responsible for packages once they are handed to the shipping carrier. This is why we offer package insurance to offer an additional layer of assurance to our customers during these unfortunate circumstances. Review is done by our internal audit system and if deemed valid after a formal investigation, you will have the option for reshipment. Package protection does not process refunds.
Claims will be initiated 5 days after marked "delivered" by the shipping carrier and no later than 2 weeks after delivery.
We do not issue refunds on Package Protection once a package has been shipped as it a service provided during delivery. No exceptions.
Processing Times
It is recommended to ask for the current processing time before you place your order if it is a time sensitive order.
We are currently under a 3-5 business day processing time. This does not include weekends. Processing time remains the same regardless of shipping method chosen at checkout.

Contact us at orders@baddieville.com if there are any edits to your order or changes to your shipping address before it is processed. Please take a moment to confirm your shipping address when you receive your confirmation email. We are not able to change your shipping address once it has been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be receiving a confirmation email containing your tracking number
Shipping and International Shipping
First Class Shipping takes and estimated 3-5 business days while Priority Shipping is 2-4 business days. Please note that processing times remain the same regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. These dates are estimated by USPS and we cannot promise a date your order will be delivered.
We offer express shipping via UPS. UPS Next Day is 1 business day and UPS 2 Day Air is 2 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
If there has been no movement on your package or if it has been stuck on 'Pre-shipment' after 7 business days, notify us so we are able to properly assist your order. Any notifications after 30 days cannot be assisted as it has exceeded the time frame.
Baddieville is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If your confirmation email states a different address or if it needs editing, please email us at orders@baddieville.com so we can update it in a timely manner. We are not responsible for packages with incorrect addresses once they are in transit or marked as 'delivered' by the carrier.
All International orders are shipped via DHL only. This is to ensure that your package gets to you safely and securely. Shipping Rates range from $27 and up depending on the weight and destination of your package. You may check your shipping rate on the checkout page.
When my order was delivered I was charged a customs fee, why?
Custom fees are charged by your country and are not the responsibility of Baddieville. Each country has different customs regulations. For more information please contact your local customs department before ordering.
Delivery
USPS will occasionally mark a package as delivered and will then deliver it 24 hours from that time. Please check with your neighbors as it is possible it could have gone in the wrong mailbox or check with anyone in your household as they might have received it on your behalf. We recommend waiting those 24 hours before you proceed with action.
Baddieville is not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages that are not covered with Package Protection
Packages Marked As Delivered with no Package Protection
Baddieville is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as 'Delivered' by the carrier. We do not issue credits, refunds, or reshipments for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. No exceptions.

Packages Marked As Delivered with Package Protection
We know it feels horrible to expect a package and not receive it. This is why we offer Package Protection to offer a potential resolution for our customers during these circumstances. Package Protection provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen.
Why does my order say 'delivered partially'?
If you purchased Package Protection, your order will count the protection as a physical item and part of the total order. You may disregard this message.
